At TNR Development, we aim to provide high-quality WordPress plugins and development services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

 Plugins & Downloads

All our products are digital in nature, including WordPress plugins, scripts, and downloadable resources.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned:

  • ❌ All digital sales are generally non-refundable
  • ❌ Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrect purchase
  • ❌ Unauthorized use or distribution does not qualify for a refund

 Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The product was not delivered or accessible after purchase
  • The product is completely non-functional and cannot be fixed by our support team
  • A duplicate payment was accidentally made
  • Technical issues from our side prevent access to the product

Support First Policy

Before requesting a refund, customers must contact our support team.

We will always try to:

  • Fix bugs or technical issues
  • Guide installation and setup
  • Provide updates or replacement files if needed

Most issues are resolved without requiring a refund.

Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within:

After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins
  • Failure to read product description before purchase
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

 Service-Based Work

For custom development services:

  • Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started

 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
